Trampoline & tumbling
Venue: The Haslev Sport Centre, Sofiendalsvej 42A, Haslev, Denmark.
· Scandinavian Open – individual competition for women and men (born 1992 or earlier)
· Tumbling U 18 – individual competition for boys and girls (born 1991 – 1994)
· Tumbling U 14 – individual competition for boys and girls (born 1995 – 1998)
· Scandinavian Open - A straight pass and a twisting pass

Participants: All events are open for all clubs, national teams and Federations who are currently members of FIG. The events are pending an FIG sanction.
The competitions will be run according to the valid FIG Trampoline Rules. The preliminaries will be conducted as per rule 1.2.1.
Finals: The 8 best competitors from the qualification round will go to the finals.
There will be ‘new life’ in the finals. (Scores from 0 points).
Medals: No. 1, 2 and 3 in each competition will receive a medal and a diploma accordingly. All participants receive a diploma.
Judges: All clubs and federations are obliged to send one FIG judge holding a valid FIG brevet. Please note that the organisers do not pay for accommodation, meals and transportation for the judges.
Insurance: The organising club, the Danish Gymnastics Federation and FIG cannot be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents and the like. Therefore, all delegations and participants must make their own arrangements concerning insurance.
Hotel accommodation is available.

Prices: Single room: DKK 750 per night (EUR 100)
Double room: DKK 1100 per night (EUR 150)
Quad room: DKK 1300 per nigth (EUR 175)
Extra bed: DKK 200 per night ( EUR 30)
Breakfast is included in the prices.
Please note that we no longer provide Youth hostel. Instead we provide quad room at the hotel. These will be allocated on a “first come - first serve” basic.
Cancellation of hotel rooms is possible until March 9th 2009. After this date refunds will be limited.
Is available from Friday April 10 until Sunday April 12 only. Low-cost accommodation is a discount accommodation for those who prefer a cheap overnight possibility rather than a comfortable overnight facility. You will sleep in a gym at the sport centre. Mattresses are available in the gym, but you must bring your own sleeping bag. Breakfast must be ordered separately.
Prices: Low-cost: DKK 40 per night (EUR 6)
Banquet: The closing banquet for all competitors, coaches and officials includes a delicious buffet followed by a dance/disco. Drinks are not included.
Price: DKK 225 per person (EUR 30).
Cancellation of tickets for the banquet is possible until April 3rd 2009. After this date no refund is possible.
It is strictly prohibited to bring your own drinks to the banquet.
Upon arrival: Please check-in at the Sport Centre immediately upon arrival, as banquet and
accommodation tickets will be issued from the information desk. Check-in is
possible from 17.00 on Friday April 10.
Late entries will be accepted, but the entry fees will be increased by 50%. Entry fees are non-returnable in case of cancellation.
